Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped by us from Ramallah, Palestine

What does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 (USA only). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via FedEx. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. International shipping may take between 5-10 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once you place an order you will be emailed with the tracking information.

Will I be charged customs fees?

When we ship goods for delivery outside Palestine, the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable once the goods reach the country of destination. Qubtan can take no responsibility for this and if the goods are returned due to unpaid tax the costs will not be refunded as the sale has been completed. The goods can be re-despatched with a further charge for dispatch at the customer's request. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We process our payments through Shopify Payments, and we accept all major credit card companies. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How can I buy made in Palestine products?

You can head to the shop page and choose the product you like. All our products are designed and produced in Palestine.
